Panels Off!
Join us at the Air Zoo in the month of February for our first-ever Panels Off Month! This month-long event offers a new perspective of some of your favorite aircraft. Many of the museum’s planes will have panels or cowlings removed for an in-depth look into their workings and features. Included with admission, and free to Air Zoo members, the Panels Off event is a fun family activity that will inspire your interest in aviation, engineering, and technology!
Some of the planes featured in Panels Off include a few of your favorite aircraft – like the Corsair, the P-47, and the newly acquired F-117 Nighthawk! When you’re finished exploring the museum, make sure to stop by the Fly Buy to check out our variety of models, including some of the aircraft featured in Panels Off Month! Pull-back toys, easy-build models, and unique diecast collectibles are a few of the popular aviation items we are known for.
