Shipping policy

Orders will be processed Monday 9am - Friday 3pm. Any orders placed after 3pm on Friday or over the weekend will be processed first thing Monday morning. If you have any special requirements or questions regarding your shipment, please email us at jteachout@airzoo.org when you place your order (please make  sure to use the email account that was entered when you placed your order).

You will receive a shipping confirmation from jteachout@airzoo.org when your product(s) ship. If there are questions with your order you will be contacted via email for clarification as well.
